Dr. Alexander’s office is located in the historic Dilworth neighborhood on East Boulevard, between Dilworth Road East and Dilworth Road West, on the corner of Ewing and East Boulevard.  

The office is in a two story red brick building with a grey sign in front that spells out “Ten Eighteen”.   Parking is available in the front of the building in Suite 3 parking or, if that is unavailable, on the side streets.  

Proceed to the second floor where you will see a glass partition with his name and that of his colleagues.   There is a waiting area which is accessed through a door key pad.   Dr. Alexander will give you the code to this key pad when you speak with him to set up your first appointment.
